Ron Sparks
CEO & Partner

Ron has been working in the Precast concrete Industry since 1998 and has 29 years’ experience in the industry. Former VP/GM of Hanson Pipe and Precast, Founder of Columbia Precast, and VP/GM of Columbia and Rogue Valley Precast. Currently Ron serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Precast Concrete Association. Ron is a graduate of Central Washington University.

Jim Kuroski
Regional Manager

Jim has 25 years’ experience working in the industry managing, designing, supplying, and maintaining engineered products and engineered systems.  Former regional sales representative for Bridge Tech, National Span, and Contech in addition to 12 plus years as an industry consultant.  Jim is a graduate of West Virginia University.

Kevin Hart
Facilities General Manager

Kevin has been working in the industry for 28 years primarily managing Quality Control Programs for Wilbert Precast, SI Precast, and Columbia/Rogue Valley Precast.  Kevin has achieved multiple industry Quality related certifications; PCI Level I and II, NPCA Master Precaster, ACI level I, ACI SCC Testing, ACI CSTT and State approvals.

Jeff Stevens
Sr. Sales Representative

Jeff has been in the industry since 1975 when he founded The Concrete Shop.  Jeff has over 45 years’ experience including precast production, quality control, project management, precast engineering, and precast product specification.  Jeff is an expert in the use of non-traditional precast materials such as glass, translucent concrete, white marble, and many other materials.

Brett Sparks
Product Specialist

Brett has grown up in the industry working at Columbia Precast while in school since 2013.  A graduate of Walsh University, Brett is a member of ASLRRA and is currently focused on Rail products as a product specialist which includes marketing, sales, and project management.
